Supervisor On Call Queue

To improve communication and ensure timely support, Music City Protection has implemented a dedicated Supervisor On-Call line.

Effective immediately, all on-shift operational matters should be directed to the MCP Supervisor On-Call number, including:

• Call-offs

• Scheduling conflicts affecting your current shift

• Post-related questions or concerns

• Incidents or operational issues requiring supervisor assistance

A member of MCP Management will respond to all on-shift operational concerns.

Please note that the Supervisor On-Call line is not for Human Resources or general administrative matters. Questions regarding payroll, benefits, hiring, employment verification, uniforms, or other non-urgent administrative issues should continue to be directed to the MCP Main business line during normal business hours.
