If your cancellation request is made within 24 hours of the course, refunds are unavailable, but you may still reschedule. All rescheduling must be completed within 90 days of the original course date, or the payment will be forfeited. Please note that same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. If cancelled by Music City Protection, LLC, a reschedule or refund will be issued.
